初めての収穫 / First harvest from our kitchen garden

７月下旬、本格的に夏が始まり、太陽の光と雨の恵みで、私たちの畑も初めての収穫を得ることができました！
とれたのはオクラ、花オクラ、シソ、赤シソです。オクラはシーチキンと和え、赤シソはジュースを作りました。さっぱり味で夏の暑さによく効きます。

In late July, summer began in earnest, and the blessings of the sunshine and the rain, we were able to get the first harvest from our kitchen garden, which were okra, flower okra, perilla, and red perilla. I cooked okra with sea chicken and made red perilla juice. The juice has a refreshing taste and works well in the heat of summer.
