庭木の剪定 / Pruning of Garden Trees
内庭の木々が茂って見苦しくなっていたこと、放っておくと害虫の住処になりそうなこと、前の持ち主の方は毎年剪定を依頼していたとのことから、近所の庭師さんに剪定をお願いしました。
正直なところ、どれが雑草か、いったい何の木が植わっているのかもわからない状況だったので、木の名前を教えて頂くとともに、弱ってしまっている木などは伐採し、これから自分たちで内庭も作り上げていくことにしました。
We asked the neighbor gardener to prune the trees in the inner garden as we understood;
– the previous owner had requested pruning every year
– the trees were unsightly, and
– it could be a home for pests if we don’t care the garden.
To be honest, we didn’t know which plants were considered as weeds and what kind of trees were planted, so we asked the gardener the name of the trees. Also, we decided to cut down the weakened trees and to remake the inner garden by ourselves.
